Thousands of teachers are already using these tools to spark “aha” moments with their students. The activities are short, flexible, and classroom-ready—making it easy to weave them into your lesson plans or advisory time.

Confident Girls. Stronger Futures.
Lean In Girls equips students with the skills and tools they need to to step into their power and lead on their own terms.
Over 20K girls have gone through the Lean In Girls program and come out more confident in themselves, more engaged in their schools, and more optimistic about their future.
Specifically, the program:
- Builds confidence and resilience by helping girls identify their values and embrace their unique strengths.
- Counters perfectionism and fear of failure by inspiring girls to take healthy risks, embrace imperfections, and see mistakes as opportunities for growth.
- Fosters voice and agency by empowering girls to challenge stereotypes, stand up for themselves and others, and reject limiting messages that tell them they’re too much or not enough.
